The mockups here show up to two different kinds of content ratings. What if an app has three or more content ratings and the user is in a region which is not associated with a content rating board (e.g.: Worldwide)? I.e.: the app is rated by the ESRB, USK, and PEGI. Do we simply not show any ratings?
ESRB ratings should only be shown to people in North America, PEGI in the EU (except Germany), USK only in Germany, DEJUS only in Brazil and the generic rating everywhere that isn't one of those places.

Yes, the number of ratings should line up with bottom of the stars as it does today on the app details page.
